A vigilante/superhero film has been churned in Kannada cinema with Bagheera, directed by Dr. Suri and story by Prashanth Neel. 

Srimurali stars as Bagheera/Vedanth and gives his career-best performance. His dedication in action sequences and acting receive appreciation. Rukmini Vasanth is likeable in the film. Garuda Ramachandra Raju is menacing as the antagonist and his role deserves applause. Sudharani has given good performance as Vedanth/Bagheera's mother. Prakash Raj, Pramod Shetty, Puneet
